Hippity Hoppity, Easter’s on its way! Emerson was able to see all 4 grandparents over the holiday weekend. We started it off Friday morning with a long drive to Spirit Lake. It was relaxing to get there early in the afternoon and to spend the day with Gram before everyone else made it home. E had a blast with her Aunties and I have to say Jory was hands-down the favorite this visit… sorry Meg but you know it’s true! Ho Ho Home For the Holidays: Part 1
Christmas vacation so far… We traveled through some wild weather to spend Christmas Eve in Humboldt. Despite blizzard conditions we made it safely and enjoyed the evening with Nic’s family. Christmas morning was very relaxed and full of gifts and Christmas stories. Emerson and I traveled north to Spirit Lake later in the morning where we spent the next week. There’s nothing quite like spending time with family, especially over holidays. This was a very special year as we are all very thankful to have Emerson there for her very first Christmas!
